PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which prevents the movements of an apparatus in advance by locking casters for supporting the apparatus to move on a floor when a display part or a console are moved.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic main body part 1 to which the display part 2 and the console 3 are joined through a moving mechanism 9 is equipped with a coordinated control part 7 for turning a caster locking part 6 locked for locking the casters 5 depending on the operation of a movement control part when an operator 8 cancels the locked state of the moving mechanism by operating the movement control part 4 provided on the console to move the display part and the console.
