PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generating device for generating mist by automatically supplying a liquid of desired concentration.SOLUTION: A facial device 1 is equipped with a liquid supply path 3 where the liquid flows, a first branch path 12 which is branched from the liquid supply path 3 and is equipped with a pump 13 for sucking the liquid from the liquid supply path 3, and a second branch path 14 which is branched from the first branch path 12 and is equipped with an accumulating part 15 for accumulating the liquid containing an agent. The liquid which passes through the liquid supply path 3, the first branch path 12, and the second branch path 14 is mixed in a mixing part 8, and the liquid in the mixing part 8 is sprayed by a mist generating part 30.
