The method for treating the congenital ulnar clubhand comprises the resection of the humeroradial sinostosis of the elbow joint by imparting the functionally advantageous position to the arm with the aid of distraction. The treatment comprises several stages. First, the fibrous cord of the ulnar bone is resected followed by the transverse osteotomy, the resection of the humeroradial sinostosis and the mounting of the rod-type apparatus of the external fixation on the humerus and ulnar bone aimed at descending the proximal division of the radial bone down to the level of the distal division of the ulnar remnant. At the second stage, the ulnar remnant is transposed to the diastasis between ulnar and radial bones followed by its fixation to the radial bone and the graduated flexure of the generated humeroradial joint with the aid of the external fixation apparatus by 10° every three days attaining finally the flexion function in the joint within 80°±10°. Then the apparatus is demounted, and the arm is fixed with the hinged orthesis at the level of the humeroradial joint. Finally, the patient will be able to restore the flexure in the generated joint within 80°±10°.Спосіб лікування уродженої ліктьової косорукості включає плечо-променевий синостоз ліктьового суглоба, шляхом надання кінцівці функціонально вигідного положення за допомогою дистракції. Лікування проводять поетапно, на першому етапі здійснюють резекцію фіброзного тяжа ліктьової кістки з подальшою поперечною остеотомією, резекцією плечо-променевого синостозу і встановленням на плечовій та променевій кістках стержневого апарата зовнішньої фіксації, за допомогою якого низводять проксимальний відділ променевої кістки до рівня дистального відділу рудимента ліктьової кістки, на другому етапі здійснюють транспозицію рудимента ліктьової кістки в діастаз між плечовою та променевою кістками з подальшою фіксацією вказаного рудимента до променевої кістки та подальшого здійснення за допомогою апарата зовнішньої фіксації з
