Disclosed is an inflammation targeted neutrophil granulocyte drug delivery system and use thereof, wherein the drug delivery system consists of neutrophil granulocytes and a therapeutic substance or a detectable substance loaded into the neutrophil granulocytes or to the surface of the neutrophil granulocytes in a direct or indirect way. Using neutrophil granulocytes as the carrier of the drug can actively target the drug to an inflammatory site, and increase the drug concentration at the inflammatory site. The neutrophil granulocytes arriving at the inflammatory site will be abnormally activated under the stimulation of cytokines, rapidly disintegrate and die in the way of "skynet". This helps to rapidly release the loaded drug to the targeted site, so as to improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the toxic and side-effects.Linvention concerne un système dadministration de médicament par le biais de granulocytes neutrophiles ciblant une inflammation et son utilisation, le système dadministration de médicament étant constitué de granulocytes neutrophiles et dune substance thérapeutique ou dune substance détectable chargée directement ou indirectement dans les granulocytes neutrophiles ou à la surface des granulocytes neutrophiles. Lutilisation de granulocytes neutrophiles en tant que véhicule du médicament permet de de cibler activement avec le médicament un site inflammatoire, et daugmenter la concentration de médicament au niveau du site inflammatoire. Les granulocytes neutrophiles arrivant au niveau du site inflammatoire vont être activés de manière anormale sous leffet de la stimulation par les cytokines, se désintégrer rapidement et mourir à la manière de « skynet ». Ceci aide à libérer rapidement le médicament chargé au niveau du site ciblé, de manière à améliorer leffet thérapeutique et réduire les effets toxiques et secondaires.
