PURPOSE: A cultivation method is provided to obtain a large amount of ginseng sprout or to obtain the same amount of ginseng sprout in a short period of time compared to the conventional method. CONSTITUTION: Additional light irradiation is performed by using a LED lamp in addition to using natural light onto seed ginsengs or ginsengs began to have stems and leaves sprouted from seeds. A whole light irradiation time is increased to 14 hours per day. The seed ginsengs are treated with at least one of a low-temperature treatment at a temperature in a range of -4°；C to -5°；C for 30 to 60 days and a gebberellin treatment at a concentration of 150 ppm before planting the seed ginsengs to bed soil. The ginseng seeds are cultivated in a fruit-baring state with berries. The cultivated fruit-baring state of seed ginsengs are fed to animals. Waste of the animals including the seed ginsengs is collected. The collected seed ginsengs are stratificated together with the waste of the animals before planted to bed soil.줄기와 잎이 나기 시작한 인삼에 대해 자연광을 이용하는 것에 더하여 LED 램프를 이용하여 추가적 광 조사를 시간을 늘려 인삼 새싹을 재배하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼 새싹 재배방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에서 탄소동화작용을 강화시키기 위해 자연광에 더하여 LED 램프를 통해 추가적으로 광조사를 하여 하루 광조사 시간이 14시간 이상이 되도록 하고, LED 램프는 적색 LED광의 세기와 청색 LED 광의 세기가 2:1 내지 3:1이 되도록 청색광을 강화시켜 조합된 것을 사용할 수 있으며, 전체적인 조도가 12000 룩스가 되도록 설치되는 것이 바람직하다.본 발명에 따르면 줄기와 잎 자체에 의한 탄소동화량을 늘일 수 있고 적합한 파장 범위의 LED광을 효율적으로 조합하여 이용할 수 있으므로 짧은 시간 내에 인삼 새싹을 키우거나 같은 시간 동안에 더 많은 양의 인삼 새싹을 얻을 수 있다.
