To provide an endoscope cleaning apparatus capable of more quickly and reliably ventilating fumes that develop from a chemical solution and give hazard to a human body.SOLUTION: An endoscope cleaning apparatus 10 comprises a washing tank 13 which accommodates an endoscope 11 for cleaning and disinfection using a fluid, and an open/close part 12 for opening/closing the washing tank 13 to put in and take out the endoscope 11. The endoscope cleaning apparatus further includes: jetting means 30 for jetting out the fluid into the washing tank 13； and exhausting means 60 for exhausting gas generating in the washing tank 13 from within the washing tank 13. The jetting means 30 includes first jetting means 40 and second jetting means 50.
