In one aspect there is provided a dendrimer of formula (I) as described herein, wherein X is a G2-G10 poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimer； L1 and L2 are each independently C1 -C12 alkylenyl, C1-C12 alkenylenyl, or C1-C12 alkynylenyl； Z is a fluorophore； Y is an oxidative stress probe； R1 is hydrogen or alkyl； n is 1-100.
