PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measurement device for an eyeball, enabling light irradiation and light reception at a position on a depth side of an eyeball with respect to a position of an apex of a cornea, and capable of accurately detecting change of a polarization state caused by crossing an anterior chamber, compared to a structure using light reflection means on a light reception means side.SOLUTION: An optical measurement device 1 for an eyeball 10 has: a light-emitting part 25 a polarizer 27 performing polarization control to light from the light-emitting part 25 and a mirror 29 arranged on the depth side of the eyeball 10 with respect to the polarizer 27, reflecting the light subjected to polarization control so as to cross an anterior chamber 13 of the eyeball 10. The optical measurement device includes: a light-emitting system 21 arranged on an inner canthus side of the eyeball 10 and a light reception system 23 arranged on the outer canthus side of the eyeball 10, receiving light crossing the anterior chamber 13 without interposing a light reflection member for changing the polarization state of light, and detecting change of the polarization state of the received light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】角膜の頂部の位置よりも眼球の奥側の位置で光の照射及び受光ができるとともに、光受光手段側において光反射手段を使用する構成よりも、前眼房を横切ったことによる偏光状態の変化を正確に検知することが容易な眼球の光計測装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼球10の光計測装置1は、発光部25と、発光部25からの光を偏光制御する偏光子27と、偏光子27よりも眼球10の奥側に配置され、偏光制御された光を眼球10の前眼房13を横切るように反射させるミラー29と、を有し、眼球10の目頭側に配置される発光系21と、眼球10の目尻側に配置され、光の偏光状態を変化させる光反射部材を介さずに、前眼房13を横切った光を受光し、受光した光の偏光状態の変化を検出する受光系23とを備えている。【選択図】図1
