To accurately measure an eyeball movement irrespective of a subject's action state.SOLUTION: A measuring device includes: an irradiation unit for irradiating an infrared light to be incident on an eyeball of a subject; a light reception unit for receiving at least part of the infrared light reflected in the eyeball; a reflection unit for reflecting at least the part of the infrared light to at least one of the eyeball and the light reception unit in a light path from the irradiation unit to the light reception unit; and a measuring unit for executing measurement on the eyeball movement of the subject based on the infrared light received by the light reception unit.
