The present invention provides a composition for regenerating skin tissue, comprising an extract of the pericarp of a citrus fruit as an effective component, wherein the extract of the pericarp of a citrus fruit contains nobiletin and tangeretin. The effective component of the composition, the extract of the pericarp of a citrus fruit is derived from natural plants, and thus does not cause side effects on human skin, and shows an excellent regeneration effect on skin tissue. Further, the extract of the pericarp of a citrus fruit, as the effective component of the composition according to the present invention and a predetermined flavonoid compound may be used together to create a synergistic effect, thereby maximizing the effect of skin tissue regeneration. Accordingly, the composition according to the present invention may be utilized as drug, cosmetic product, and personal-care product for regenerating skin tissue damaged by inflammatory response or abrasion.본 발명은 감귤류 과피 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 조직 재생용 조성물을 제공한다. 이때, 상기 감귤류 과피 추출물은 노빌레틴(nobiletin) 및 탄저레틴(tangeretin)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물의 유효성분인 감귤류 과피 추출물은 천연 식물에서 유래하기 때문에 인간의 피부에 부작용이 없고, 우수한 피부 조직 재생 효과를 나타낸다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 조성물의 유효성분으로 감귤류 과피 추출물과 소정의 플라보노이드 화합물을 동시에 사용하는 경우 시너지 작용을 일으켜 피부 조직 재생 효과를 극대화시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 염증 반응 또는 마찰에 의해 상처가 유도된 피부 조직의 재생을 위한 의약품, 화장품, 퍼스널 케어 제품 등으로 활용될 수 있다.
