PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external composition for skin which is highly effective in alleviating/treating the symptoms of allergic dermatitis or atopic dermatitis without using steroid, can inhibit a nonspecific stimulus-response in addition to inhibition of an allergen specific stimulus-response, and which is also friendly to the environment.SOLUTION: An external composition for skin of this invention contains Citrus jabara dry peel powders as an active ingredient. As the Citrus jabara dry peel used for the external composition for skin of this invention, the one which is dried by heat-drying method, freeze-drying method, spray-drying method, and the like can be illustrated.
