PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by reducing the possibility that an X-ray tube collides with a structure in a periphery of a monitor or the like in moving.SOLUTION: A movable type X-ray generator as one embodiment in this invention includes: an X-ray tube for irradiating X-rays a collimator disposed in an X-ray irradiating direction of the X-ray tube to limit an X-ray irradiation area an arm supporting the X-ray tube a strut for causing the arm to move in the vertical direction relative to the ground surface a truck part supporting the strut and having movable means and a monitor provided on a top face of the truck part. The X-ray tube has means to rotate at least biaxially for varying an X-ray irradiation direction, and the collimator has means to rotate around the center of X-ray irradiation as the axis.
