PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid agent for peripheral intravenous administration containing a reducing sugar, amino acid and an electrolyte, and further containing stably total nine kinds of water-soluble vitamins, capable of improving a nutritional status or appetite.SOLUTION: In this nutritional status improving agent comprising two solutions, namely, a sugar solution containing a reducing sugar and an amino acid solution containing amino acid, the sugar solution further contains vitamin B1, vitamin B12, pantothenic acids and vitamin B6, and has pH of 4.7-5.5, and the amino acid solution further contains vitamin B2, folic acid, vitamin C, biotin and a nicotinic acid derivative, and has pH of 7.0-7.5, and Ph of a mixed solution obtained by mixing the sugar solution with the amino acid solution is 6.5-7.4, and each water-soluble vitamin is blended so that the concentration thereof agrees with a specific ratio in the mixed solution, and the mixed solution is administered into a peripheral vein.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】還元糖、アミノ酸及び電解質を含有し、更に全9種類の水溶性ビタミンを安定に含有し、栄養状態や食欲を改善し得る末梢静脈投与用の液剤の提供。【解決手段】還元糖を含有する糖液と、アミノ酸を含有するアミノ酸液の2液からなり、 前記糖液が更にビタミンB1、ビタミンB12、パントテン酸類、及びビタミンB6を含有し、かつpHが4.7~5.5であり、前記アミノ酸液が更にビタミンB2、葉酸、ビタミンC、ビオチン、及びニコチン酸誘導体を含有し、かつpHが7.0~7.5であり、 前記糖液と前記アミノ酸液を混合した後の混合液のpHが6.5~7.4であり、かつ前記混合液中に、各水溶性ビタミン類の濃度が特定の割合でとなるように配合されており、前記混合液が末梢静脈へ投与されることを特徴とする栄養状態改善剤。【選択図】なし
