The suspension is obtained by reconstitution of the lyophilized residue with a solution containing carbohydrates in the presence of a physiologically acceptable gas and is stabilized by the presence of histidine.ＫＤＲまたはＶＥＧＦ／ＫＤＲ複合体に結合するための標的化リガンドを含むガス入りの微小胞の懸濁液。懸濁液は、生理的に許容できるガスの存在下で、炭水化物を含む溶液を用いて、凍結乾燥された残渣を再構成することにより得られ、ヒスチジンの存在により安定化される。
