PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for dispensing ice cream and the like, of a type provided with improved control of dispensing and with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A machine comprises a tub containing a cylindrical evaporator 12 of a refrigerating circuit 13 and a motor-driven helical mixer 14 which rotates coaxially inside the evaporator.
