Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Dentalbauteils, insbesondere eines Zahnersatzes oder eines -teilersatzes, mittels eines Dentalbrennofens, umfassend folgende Schritte:(i) Fertigung eines Modells des Dentalbauteils,(ii) Einbetten des Modells in einer Einbettmasse,(iii) Entfernen des Modells aus der Einbettmasse, insbesondere durch Erhitzen oder Ausbrennen, um eine Negativform des Modells zu erhalten,(iv) Einbringen eines zur Herstellung des Dentalbauteils erforderlichen Rohmaterials in die Negativform,(v) Erzeugen des Dentalbauteils in der Negativform,(vi) zumindest teilweise automatisiertes Ausbetten des Dentalbauteils, insbesondere mittels eines abtragenden Fertigungsverfahrens, auf Basis eines virtuellen Modells des Dentalbauteils.The present invention relates to a method for producing a dental component, in particular a dental prosthesis or a partial prosthesis, by means of a dental furnace, comprising the following steps: (i) production of a model of the dental component, (ii) embedding the model in an investment material, (iii) removal of the model from the investment material, in particular by heating or burning out in order to obtain a negative shape of the model, (iv) introducing a raw material required for producing the dental component into the negative mold, (v) generating the dental component in the negative mold, (vi) at least partially automated devesting of the dental component, in particular by means of an ablative manufacturing process, based on a virtual model of the dental component.
