A method for suturing a perforation formed in a hollow organ comprises the steps of:causing plural end portions of the suture thread to puncture a tissue around the perforation in the same direction as each otherconnecting the end portions of the suture thread to each other andtightening up the suture thread after connecting the end portions of the suture thread with each other.
