The present invention relates to a composition having a promotion effect on skin lipogenesis containing Ponciri fructus as an effective component, more specifically to a composition which improves the expression of SREBPs (sterol regulatory element-binding proteins) and PPARs (peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors) for promoting the skin lipogenesis.
