The present invention relates to a foldable type chair for fishing. A back support (10), a pedestal (30), and a foot support (20) are hinge-connected, and thus rotated in connection with each other. Here, the back support (10) and the foot support (20) are shaft-combined with a guide pole (42) provided at insides of lower portions of both arm rests (40), so that the inclination angles of the back support (10) and the foot support (20) are controlled by a back support controller (44) which slides on the guide pole (42). Front legs (50) which are hinge-connected and thus folded with back legs (50) are shaft-combined with the back support controller (44), and height adjusters (80) for adjusting lengths of the front and back legs are individually provide at lower portions of the front and back legs (50, 60). Center fitting elements (62) are fitted on the back legs (60) to be able to slide, and thus positioned to be shaft-combined with both back sides of the pedestal (30), so that the weight of a user is evenly distributed based on the center fitting elements (62) when the user is seated on the chair. While the user is seated on the chair, the angle of the back support (10) is conveniently and automatically controlled, thereby maximizing the convenience as a temporary bed on which upper and lower bodies of the user can be conveniently laid.
