To increase efficiency of hand threshing work, and increase safety of an auxiliary worker.SOLUTION: A combine is provided with a hand threshing regulation member extended from a transport termination side of a reaping device toward the rear and capable of being vertically turned, and a rear side auxiliary clamping rod for sandwiching a transport grain culm between a feed chain and itself. The combine is configured to be switchable between a regulated state and a non-regulated state. The regulated state is that the hand threshing regulation member is turned in the downward direction to thereby reduce an interval between the rear of the hand threshing regulation member and a front part of the clamping rod, and the hand threshing regulation member is positioned in an upper side of the rear side auxiliary clamping rod and the placing of the hand threshing grain culm to the front part of the feed chain is regulated.
