An embodiment of the present invention provides an ultrasonic probe which comprises: a lens installed on an outer surface of a housing and passing through ultrasonic waves； a piezoelectric element installed on an upper surface of a sound absorbing layer； a first matching layer of a conductive material stacked on an upper surface of the piezoelectric element； and a second matching layer formed of a conductive material and stacked between the lens and the first matching layer to form a ground line of the piezoelectric element. The sound absorbing layer to the second matching layer have a phased array structure formed in a plurality of divided phased array structures which are cut at mutually set intervals.본 발명의 실시예는 하우징의 외면에 설치되어 초음파를 투과하는 렌즈와, 흡음층의 상면에 설치되는 압전소자와, 압전소자의 상면에 적층되는 전도성 소재의 제1정합층과, 전도성 소재로 이루어져 렌즈와 제1정합층 사이에 적층되어 압전소자의 접지라인을 형성하는 제2정합층을 포함하고, 흡음층 내지 제2정합층은 상호 설정된 간격으로 커팅되어 복 수개로 분할된 위상 배열 구조(Phased Array)로 형성되는 위상 배열 구조를 갖는 초음파 프로브를 제공할 수 있다.
