PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of preventing flicker of an image which is obtained at focus control by performing the focus control on the basis of phase information from a phase sensor in an imaging optical system in which a focused subject distance is changed in association with change of a field angle, and to provide an endoscope device.SOLUTION: The imaging device includes the imaging optical system having a movable lens 240 for simultaneously adjusting the field angle and the focused subject distance, an imaging element 260, a plurality of phase sensors, an acquisition unit (A/D converter 320) for acquiring the phase information from the plurality of phase sensors, a lens controller 360 for controlling the position of the movable lens 240, and a moving quantity calculation unit 350 for calculating a moving quantity of the movable lens 240 which is necessary to achieve a focused state of an image on the imaging element formed by light beams passing through the imaging optical system on the basis of a phase difference based on the phase information.
