The present invention relates to multiple action sustained release hybrid conjugate encompassing a skin care product such as extremolytes or humectants or exfoliating agents and a perfumery molecule. These conjugates offer multiple effects i.e. sustained release property of perfumery molecule after application on the skin and the subsequent skin care effect thereof by the residual extremolyte, humectants or exfoliating agents. Moreover, some of the bio-conjugates whose perfumery component-stand alone is known to have mosquito repellent effect included under this invention acts as mosquito repellents after application on skin up to optimal time period. The skin pH and the enzymes derived from natural skin micro-flora hydrolyze the conjugate and release a perfumery molecule to exhibit perfumery aroma and the second partner of the hybrid being non volatile, remains on the skin to act as skin care product. The sustenance of release kinetics of the bio-conjugates of present invention is lasting up to 6-10 hrs. Hence, such novel cosmeceutical hybrids in the present invention will have wide application in the cosmeceutical industry.
