The present invention relates to a hair band type electroencephalogram (EEG) sensing apparatus including a sound wave output function using a bone conduction technology and to an EEG sensing method thereof. The EEG sensing apparatus includes: a hair band which includes at least two EEG detection sensors detecting an EEG signal and at least one bone conductive speaker a signal processing board (SPB) which amplifies and filters an EEG signal sensed from an EEG measuring device and then transmits the EEG signal to a terminal through a wireless communication and the terminal which has a program transmitting a specific sound wave to the EEG measuring device through the wireless communication and analyzing an EEG transmitted from the EEG measuring device to be suitable for a predetermined function.
