The present invention discloses a dynamic cardiovascular activity monitoring method, capable of obtaining cardiovascular activity related physiological signals and signal quality related information. The signal quality related information and a preset condition are compared to determine a signal quality. According to the comparison result, different calculation formulas in a plurality of calculation formulas will be executed to generate different physiological information from the physiological signal accordingly. Therefore, the physiological information may exhibit continuous and dynamic changes in accordance with the signal quality change.本發明揭示一種動態心血管活動監測方法,其會取得心血管活動相關生理訊號以及一訊號品質相關資訊,並比較該訊號品質相關資訊與預設條件,以決定一訊號品質,而根據比較結果,會執行複數個演算式中的不同演算式,據以自該生理訊號產生不同的生理資訊,因此,隨著該訊號品質的改變,生理資訊提供亦出現連續且動態的改變。
