The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an evaporation and diffusion band having deodorizing, sterilizing, and odorizing functions. The present invention provides a soft evaporation and diffusion band (300) composed of a base film (10), an evaporation and diffusion body fabric (20), a front surface film (30), a double-sided adhesive (40) having a release film, an evaporation and diffusion liquid (50), and a sealing film (60), and has a high-frequency or ultrasonic-wave sealed combination part (A1), a basket (A2), an evaporation and diffusion body (A3), a band circumference shape (B1), a penetration hole (B2), and a hanger hole (B3).
