The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sulfur additive for cosmetic products. The sulfur additive manufacturing method consists of a sulfur toxicity removal and grinding step, a Sparassis crispa extract preparing step, and a grinding and mixing step sequentially executed to prepare the sulfur additive for cosmetic products. The sulfur toxicity removal and grinding step comprises: a first step of adding mineral sulfur in a steamer after grinding the sulfur in a predetermined size, steaming the sulfur for four or five hours by adding saturated steam thereto, heating and drying the sulfur at a predetermined temperature for 24 hours after arranging the sulfur drawn out from the steamer on an electric drying panel in a flat shape; and a second step of adding the sulfur in the steamer back again, supplying steam including acetic acid generated by heating water containing the acetic acid to the sulfur to steam the sulfur for four or five hours, and removing the sulfur from the steamer to repeat the process at least three to four times of arranging the sulfur on the electric drying panel in the flat shape and drying the sulfur at the predetermined temperature for 24 hours. The first and second steps are executed to remove toxicity and impurities contained in the sulfur before grinding the sulfur by using a nano-scale grinder in a nano-particle size. The Sparassis crispa extract preparing step is for grinding Sparassis crispa extract preparing step, stirring the ground Sparassis crispa extract preparing step with an alcohol/water solution for 10-12 hours, and adding the mixture in a high-pressure extractor, and extruding the mixture under a low pressure.
