The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a stem cell-nano-anticancer drug complex. It is possible to overcome conventional stem cell adverse effects and nano-anticancer drug targeting limitations. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and gold (Au) nanoparticle-based anticancer drug is loaded on the surface of a stem cell having an excellent anticancer effect. The method includes a carboxylation step; an {1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide} linker binding step: an anticancer compound and antibody binding step; and a stem cell binding step.본 발명은 기존의 줄기세포 부작용 및 나노 항암제의 표적 한계성을 극복하고 항암제효과도 매우 우수한 줄기세포 표면에 탄소 나노튜브(CNT) 및 금(Au) 나노입자 기반의 항암제가 적재된 줄기세포-나노 항암제 복합체의 제조방법을 제공한다.
