FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for cultivation of mushrooms nameko (Pholiota nameko). The method and device for growing mushrooms nameko includes preparation of basis of nutritional medium of mushrooms in the form of sawdust or straw. Adding nutritional supplement of cereal grains in the base. Then the base is mixed, and additives are added to obtain a homogeneous substrate. Then the prepared substrate is pasteurised. The substrate is cooled to a temperature of 30°C and moistened to 68-70%.The mycelium of mushrooms nameko is applied in the amount of 5% of the weight of the prepared substrate and mixed. Then the prepared substrate is packed in the prepared packages. On the free end of each package a pipe branch waterproof material is put which was preliminarily soaked in a disinfectant solution. The edges of the packet are folded out. Then a sterile filter of nonwoven fabric is put on the pipe branch. The filter, the edges of the package and the pipe branch are fixed with a clamp, and a prepared substrate block is obtained. The substrate blocks are placed in the incubation chamber at a temperature of 24-26°C and a relative humidity of 60-70%. The substrate blocks are kept in the incubation chamber for 40 days. Then the substrate blocks are placed to the cultivation chamber at a temperature of 14-18°C, relative air humidity of 78-95% and the carbon dioxide concentration at 800-1200 ppm.
