PURPOSE: An agricultural product drier is provided to uniformly dry agricultural products by regularly maintaining the temperature inside a drying chamber.CONSTITUTION: An agricultural product drier includes an air conditioning chamber (5) with a heat pump and a drying chamber (1) with a drying rack (20). The drying rack includes a tray (30), and a force pipe is installed on the lower side of the tray. A heat pump generates one among hot air, cold air, or dehumidified airstream, and transfers the one into the drying chamber. The force pipe reciprocates from left to right by a transfer unit. Parts of the airstream generated from the heat pump flows into the force pipe through a flexible pipe (44) using a blowing fan (14). The heat pump includes a compressor (51), a four-way valve, a first heat exchanger (53), an expansion valve, a second heat exchanger (55), and a third heat exchanger (57).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 열펌프를 이용한 농산물 건조기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 건조실의 입구로 유입되는 기류와 출구로 유출되는 기류의 온도를 균등하게 하여, 농산물이 균일하게 건조되고 에너지 손실을 줄여서 건조시간을 단축함으로써 건조의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 것을 목적으로 한다.이를 위해 본 발명은, 건조대가 구비된 건조실과 열펌프가 구비된 공조실을 포함하며 상기 건조대는 채반이 구비되고, 상기 채반의 하부에는 일정한 간격으로 이격되어 분사노즐이 형성된 압송관이 구비되고, 상기 열펌프는 온풍, 냉풍, 또는 제습된 기류 중 어느 하나를 발생시켜 상기 건조실로 송풍하고 일부의 기류는 상기 압송관에 구비된 분사노즐을 통하여 상기 채반의 바닥을 분사하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
