CONSTITUTION: A transparent greenhouse including a snow removal function and a wind breaking function comprises the following: a greenhouse main body(10) formed with frames and a cover member(13) a heat supplying unit supplying heat to the cover member for maintaining the predetermined temperature on the surface of the cover member a load sensor detecting the load applied to the greenhouse main body an opening/closing valve(V) selectively supplying the heat to the heat supplying unit a solar heat collecting unit(30) heating fluid using sunlight, and supplying the fluid into the heat supplying unit a wind power generation unit(40) generating power for heating the fluid using wind and a heat storage tank unit(50) supplying the heated fluid to a distributor(D). The cover member includes a convex unit(13a) for preventing snow from covering the greenhouse.본 발명은 폭설과 강풍에도 견고히 유지되고, 부식이 발생 되지 않아 장기간 사용할 수 있으며, 하우스 본체의 바닥을 난방하고 항균 및 항바이러스 물질을 사용하여 세균 및 바이러스의 증식을 억제하고, 태양광과 풍력을 이용하여 에너지 효율을 높일 수 있는 제설 및 방풍 기능이 구비된 투명 하우스에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면 골격과 덮개 부재로 이루어진 하우스 본체와, 이 하우스 본체의 내부에 설치되며 덮개 부재의 표면이 일정 온도를 유지하도록 열을 공급하는 열공급매체와, 하우스 본체에 설치되어 하우스 본체가 받는 하중을 감지하는 하중감지센서와, 열공급매체의 열 공급 라인에 설치되며 하중감지센서로부터 인가되는 신호에 의해서 개폐되어 열공급매체로 열이 선택적으로 공급되도록 하는 개폐 밸브를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제설 및 방풍 기능이 구비된 투명 하우스가 제공된다.
