The odor removal device for a pen, which is to remove odor of a pen by supplying an odor removal agent to a pen, comprises: a mixture accommodating unit for accommodating an odor absorbent of a powder state and microorganisms； an air blowing unit for sucking and supplying external air； a mixture and air mixing unit separately connected to the mixture accommodating unit and the air blowing unit through a connection pipe to receive the mixture accommodated in the mixture accommodating unit and the air from the air blowing unit； and a main body having a space for accommodating the mixture accommodating unit, the air blowing unit, the mixture and air mixing unit, and having an openable door and at least one air suction port. The connection pipe includes a first connection pipe for connecting the mixture accommodating unit and the mixture and air mixing unit, and a second connection pipe for connecting the mixture accommodating unit and the air blowing unit, wherein, the first and second connection pipes each have a separate channel.
