PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid composition that has a reduced salty taste and a good flavor while comprising glucosamine salt in high concentrations.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a solid composition comprising following components (A) and (B): (A) glucosamine salt 40-70 mass%, and (B) milk fat globule membrane component 10-60 mass%, (B) milk fat globule membrane component comprising sphingomyelin 1 mass% or more, and a phospholipid content in the solid composition being 1 mass% or more.
