The characteristics of the optical fiber are: it includes four components of an Anderson localizing optical waveguide channel, a cladding, the fiber core distributed annularly around the Anderson localizing optical waveguide channel and the micropore channel. A visualization photodynamic therapy system using the optical fiber is also provided. The invention can be used for interventional photodynamic therapy in humans, and provides functions of in vivo illumination imaging, drug positioning and quantitative delivery. It can realize the interventional diagnosis and treatment of diseased organs and tissues such as microcavities and arteries in the body.1/3 DRAWINGS 1-2 1-3 FIG.1 2 2-2 2-30 2-1 (a) (b) FIG.2
