The embodiment of the present invention relates to prefilled syringe containing Ranitidine whereby dosage form of the drug is administered aseptically. The present syringe being prefilled contains Ranitidine in dosage concentration and amount thereby eliminating the requirement of filing Ranitidine from the vials into the syringe. This further eliminates the risk of exposure of the drug to the atmosphere and further eliminates the risk of contamination. This enables aseptic drug delivery and eliminates the risk of health complications due to contamination. Also the dilution and dosage errors are avoided as the present syringe contains pre-diluted dosage form. Also, the Ranitidine vials are not required to be separately handled thus it eliminates the chances of minor cracks and breakage while handling and transportation which further eliminates the contamination of the drug.
