PURPOSE: A roughage compressing and fastening apparatus equipped with a cutting and transferring unit is provided to improve the efficiency of energy by separating a plurality of flying cutter groups. CONSTITUTION: A main frame(110) is prepared. A rear door frame(120) rotates to a closed position and an opened position. Circular bale is introduced in a chamber(140) by the main frame and/or the rear door frame. A crop supplying system(170) is composed of a cutting and transferring unit and a rotating and transferring part. The cutting and transferring unit clips and transfers crops to the rotating and transferring part. The cutting and transferring unit is composed of a housing, a rotary shaft, a plurality of flying cutter groups, one or more bar type cutters, a crop inlet, and an outlet.
