A needle storage magazine for storing and dispensing a plurality of needle assemblies is presented, the needle storage magazine has:a plurality of mounting sleeves each adapted to mount an unused needle assembly or a used needle assembly,a case holding the mounting sleeves side by side, anda feeding and storage mechanism which feeds one of the unused needle assemblies within the mounting sleeve to an opening as well as which draws back one of the used needle assemblies into the mounting sleeve.
