PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemocatharsis apparatus excellent in long-period storage stability, in the hemocatharsis apparatus of a dry type.SOLUTION: The hollow fiber membrane type hemocatharsis apparatus is constituted in such a manner that: when pouring cattle blood which is adjusted to 40±2.0% of hematocrit (Ht) and 6.5±0.5g/dl of total protein density into the hemocatharsis apparatus 1 which is filled with a polysulfone selective permeable hollow fiber membrane bundle 3 containing polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) at 200 ml/min, and at a filtering speed of 50 ml/min so that a membrane area is 1.5m2 (hollow fiber membrane inside-diameter standard), a relationship of a sieving coefficient (SCβ2MG) of β2MG after 15 min and 120 min after a filtering start is SCβ2MG (120 min)/SCβ2MG (15 min) is ≥0.6 and when conducting a test which is defined by a dialysis artificial kidney manufacturing approval standard on the basis of each region at 10 ppm or lower of the elution of the PVP from the hollow fiber membrane bundle and by dividing the hollow fiber membrane bundle into 10 pieces in the longitudinal direction, a hydrogen peroxide elution amount of an extract liquid is not larger than 5 ppm in all the regions.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】ドライタイプの血液浄化器において、長期保存安定性に優れた血液浄化器を提供する。【解決手段】ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)を含有するポリスルホン系選択透過性中空糸膜束3が膜面積1.5m2(中空糸膜内径基準)になるように充填された血液浄化器1に、ヘマトクリット(Ht)40±2.0%、総タンパク濃度6.5±0.5g/dlに調整した牛血液を200ml/min、濾過速度50ml/minで流した時、濾過開始15分後および120分後のβ2MGの篩い係数(SCβ2MG)の関係が、SCβ2MG(120分)/SCβ2MG(15分)≧0.6であり、該中空糸膜束からのPVPの溶出が10ppm以下で、かつ該中空糸膜束を長手方向に10個に分割して、各部位について透析型人工腎臓装置製造承認基準により定められた試験を実施したとき、抽出液の過酸化水素溶出量が全ての部位で5ppm以下である中空糸膜型血液浄化器。【選択図】図1
