Moreover, the present invention provides a composition for enhancing root thickening growth and promoting maturation in a plant having storage root(s). Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for producing a transgenic plant having storage root(s) with enhanced thickening growth, and a method for regulating or enhancing root thickening growth and maturation in a plant having storage root(s).
