PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article manufacturing method which can improve fitness to a skin face of a wearer.SOLUTION: According to the invention, a manufacturing method of an absorbent article 1 comprising an absorber 7 having a first face FF and a second face FS on the opposite side to the first face FF and including a laminated fiber body 7f, and a top sheet 3 in contact with a wearers skin face in wearing, is provided. The method includes: a cut process of arranging a notch 9 on a first face of the absorber or on a face to be the first face of the absorber of an absorber semifinished product 7w to be the absorber by cutting into pieces and a bonding process of bonding the absorber having the notch to the top sheet.
