The invention consists of a cosmetological and pharmaceutical composition containing covalent tannic acid derivatives, characterized in that the covalent tannic acid derivatives consist of a combinatory mixture of tannic acid esters and polycarboxylic acids in the form of tannins acylated by phenolic hydroxyl, with a degree of substitution varying from 2:1 to 100:1 in the mass ratio of tannic acid to polycarboxylic acid anhydride.
