The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a head molding and the head molding thereof so as to correct a top part of a head of a user by using Fibonacci sequence. To this end, the manufacturing method for the head molding according to the present invention includes the steps of: scanning a head of a user through all directions (S10) forming a curved line by setting a predetermined position as a starting point on the basis of a right side view of the scanned head, drawing squares which are adjacent to each other in the counter-clockwise direction based on the Fibonacci sequence and each have the length of a side based on the Fibonacci sequence, and connecting arcs fitted in the squares (S20) determining a spot B where the curved line initially makes contact with a surface of the head along the rotating direction and determining a spot C where the curved line makes next contact with the surface of the head (S30) determining a shape of a head molding by forming outer surfaces of the head molding along the curved line from the determined spots B and C, and forming inner surfaces along an actual outer contour of the head of the user (S40) and manufacturing the head molding based on the determined shape of the head molding (S50).본 발명은 피보나치수열을 이용하여 사용자의 두부 중 정수리부분의 보정이 가능하도록 두상성형물을 제조하는 방법 및 이를 이용한 두상성형물에 관한 것이다.상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 두상성형물 제조방법은, 사용자의 두상을 좌우 상하 전방향에 걸쳐 스캔하는 단계(S10) 우측 측면을 기준으로 스캔된 두상에 대해 일정 위치를 시작지점으로 하여 피보나치 수열을 바탕으로 시계 반대방향으로 한 변의 길이가 상기 피보나치 수열의 각 항으로 이루어진 정사각형을 인접하여 그린 후, 상기 정사각형에 꼭 맞는 호를 연결하여 곡선을 형성하는 단계(S20) 형성된 상기 곡선이 회전 방향에 대해 두상의 표면과 처음 만나는 지점 B를 결정하고, 이후 곡선을 따라 두상의 표면과 상기 곡선이 다시 만나는 지점 C를 결정하는 단계(S30) 결정된 상기 지점 B, C로부터 곡선을 따라 두상성형물의 외부표면이 형성되도록 하고, 사용자의 실제 두상의 외부면을 따라 내부표면이 형성되도록 하여 두상성형물의 형태가 결정되는 단계(S40) 및 결정된 두상성형물의 형태를 바탕으로 두상성형물이 제조되는 단계(S50)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
