The invention relates to a food product made of grain products intended for human or animal consumption and intended to be cooked in a cooking liquid, for example hot or boiling water, characterised in that it includes raw grain products which are agglomerated together by an edible flour, the starch of which has been subjected to a heat treatment for gelatinising the starch, such as to form a compact portion of grain products that is ready for cooking and capable of disintegrating rapidly in the cooking liquid.
