A spacing adjusting device and a head massager using the same are provided. The head massager comprises at least a first housing (110) and a second housing (120), and a spacing adjusting device (130) is provided at a connection position where the first housing (110) is connected with the second housing (120). The spacing adjusting device (130) comprises an outer housing assembly which is provided at the connection position where the first housing (110) is connected with the second housing (120), a drive mechanism and a link rod mechanism and which are provided ON the outer housing assembly. One end of the link rod mechanism is connected with the first housing (110) and/or the second housing (120), and the other end is connected with the drive mechanism. The drive mechanism drives the link rod mechanism to adjust the distance between the first housing (110) and the second housing (120). In the invention and the distance between the first housing (110) and the second housing (120) of the head massager is adjusted by the link rod mechanism which is driven by the drive mechanism and thus avoiding the defects of difficult adjustment and complex structure of the adjusting devices in the prior art. The invention has the following advantages: a simple and reliable structure, convenient operation, low cost and easy manufacture and labor-saving adjustment.
