PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation system for maintaining the effective growth of plants, reducing the possibility of an excessive amount of water given to the plants, and enabling more effective water saving, and also easy to establish.SOLUTION: The cultivation system 1 includes: a cultivation device 3 having a liquid absorbent 4 provided therein, and a cultivation area 7 where a culture medium 6 for cultivating a plant 5 on the liquid absorbent 4 is placed and a liquid supply device 2 for supplying an irrigation liquid to the cultivation device 3.
