PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated powder excellent in adhesion to the skin and concealability and also excellent in dispersibility, and to provide a composition containing the coated powder.SOLUTION: A coated powder includes: a powder and a coating layer which is formed on the powder and includes one or more kinds of silicone derivatives selected from a group consisting of silicone derivatives represented by formula (1).
