This invention relates to an ultrasonic scanning massaging and rehabilitation device. It includes a massaging device, an ultrasonic inspecting portion, several vibrating massaging portions and a controller. This massaging device contains a handle and a working portion. The ultrasonic scanning inspection portion and several vibrating massaging portions are alternately disposed on the working portion. The ultrasonic inspecting portion is used for checking whether the massaging zone is wounded or not. If this invention moves above the wounded zone, the controller will reduce the vibrating amplitude so as to minimize the pain during the massaging process. Once it moves out the wounded zone, the vibrating amplitude returns to its normal scale. Therefore, this invention can reduce the pain when it conducts a massaging action on a wounded zone. The scanning and massaging functions can be carried on at the same time. In addition, an additional far infrared function can be added for improving the recovery of the wounded zone.
