PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for a transfer assisting device capable of stabilizing an arm when an abnormality occurs in a battery cell.SOLUTION: The control system for a transfer assisting device includes: a drive unit 62 of the arm 4； a fixing unit 63 of the arm 4； a first power supply device 64 for supplying a power source to the drive unit 62； a bypass circuit 64d provided in parallel with a battery cell 64b possessed by the first power supply device 64； a switching unit 64e for connecting the battery cell 64b or the battery circuit 64d with other battery cells 64a and 64c of the first power supply device 64 in series； an abnormality detection unit 66 of the battery cell 64b； and a control unit 67 for controlling the drive unit 62, the fixing unit 63 and the switching unit 64e.
