PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact dispenser for a fluid component which is formed by fusing or mixing various constitution fluids, such as a liquid cosmetic and a medicinal component.SOLUTION: There is provided a compact fluid supply device 20 for supplying a customized fluid. A dispenser 20 may comprise: first and second fluid reservoirs for storing constitution fluids； a drive motor； at least two pump assemblies which are driven by the motor in common, and communicate with the first and second fluid reservoirs； first and second valve assemblies which communicate with the first and second pump assemblies； and a control system for selectively controlling the valve assemblies and mixing and discharging one component from the constitution fluids. The system 20 may comprise a supply header 114 for storing the valves, for forming a discharge channel and a re-circulation channel for respective constitution fluids.
