PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device capable of realizing an accurate valve opening action or a breast pump using the valve device and an artificial nipple.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a valve device comprising a cylindrical base part 101, and a valve body having a pair of planer movable segments 104 and 105 which extend continuously from the lower end of the base part 101 and integrally downwardly, with a distance therebetween decreasing gradually and which are closed as a normal-closed state at the lower end.
